I got a heart felt request from a subscriber who wanted an update of comments, but now like me was getting inundated with the updates to that article. On each article page beneath the article has a ‘manage subscription‘. I hope if you remember which Article you subscribed to that you can manage your subscription to that articles’ follow up comments. Obviously I don’t want you to consider my material as junk or spam so unsubscribing from feeds would be much preferred’
I have also heard I have deleted genuine comments. Sorry, I check comments before approving and if comments aren’t on articles, but on pages; about, sitemaps, this help page etc. I do not accept them and if I recognise a number of posts from one business I don’t accept either but its not fool proof and since I get hundreds of comments to moderate each day I often get it wrong and delete genuine comments. It is so annoying to read brilliant comments and questions with good links to relevant sites but I have to delete them because they aren’t on the relevant posts but deliberately on my pages which devalues my ranking. Please comment on article posts only – thank you.
